5 Acres in Colorado with Mount Blanca Views.
Five acres of wide-open Colorado are waiting for you in Rio Grande Ranches. From this lot, you'll wake up to a clear view of Mount Blanca, one of Colorado's tallest peaks, standing tall against the eastern sky. The land sits in the San Luis Valley, a high-desert basin ringed by the rugged Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Days here are sunny, nights are dark and full of stars, and the air is quiet. If you're looking for room to breathe and a place to call your own, this is it.
There's plenty to do right from your property. Pitch a tent or pull in your RV and spend your nights under some of the darkest skies in the country. When you're ready to put down roots, the land is ready to build on, with room for a home, a workshop, or whatever you have in mind. The wide, flat ground gives you a blank slate and big sky in every direction. Hunters, off-grid dreamers, and folks who just want their own corner of the West will feel right at home here.
The location puts you close to some of southern Colorado's best country. You're about an hour from Great Sand Dunes National Park, where you can hike the tallest dunes in North America and cool off in Medano Creek when the snowmelt runs. Historic San Luis, the oldest town in Colorado, is a short drive away for supplies and small-town charm, and the mountains around you offer endless fishing, hunting, and exploring. Whether you want a weekend escape or a permanent home base, this five-acre parcel sets you up to find your freedom.
